no-hunger

One of every 10 local families will have difficulty providing meals for itself this holiday season. As friends and neighbors, the Lisburn Community Fire Company asks for your help with a donation of food after a successful first campaign in 2013.

Last year, you generously donated 222 pounds of non-perishable food, 35 pounds of miscellaneous items like Christmas gifts, etc., along with $285 in monetary donations. Lisburn Community Fire Company contributed an additional $300 to bring our organization’s total giginv to $585.

Hunger doesn’t take a year off, though, so the Fire Company asks you to help this year by donating non-perishable food items now at the Fire Hall. Place your donations inside the blue tubs placed under the windows of the fire station any time.

If you have questions, or would like more information, please notify us at lisburncommunityfirecoinfo@comcast.net or (717) 766-3994.

Together we will provide a memorable holiday experience for those less fortunate.

Thank you from the Officers and Members.
