Approximately 300 Boy Scouts and their leaders will converge on Lisburn Community Fire Company, 1800 Main St., Mechanicsburg for a weekend of hands-on activities and demonstrations highlighting how fire, ambulance and police departments are vital to the communities they serve.
Area youth will gain a better understanding of the need for volunteers in their local communities while experiencing first hand a career in the emergency services field.
Most events will be held Saturday, April 27 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
