In November, we asked our friends and neighbors to support our “Santa Donation Fund”. Wow, did you ever step up and help us with this endeavor!

New Hope Ministries, Mechanicsburg, picked up items twice, and received a total of:

1. $285 in monetary donations. Couples with the Fire Company’s $300 donation, added up to $585;
2. 35 pounds of miscellaneous items like Christmas gifts, etc.;
3. 222 pounds of non-perishable food.

New Hope was very appreciative, and informed us that we are the only Fire Company that did this for them. Thanks to those of you who contributed or helped spread the word. We have terrific, giving friends and neighbors. Together we made a difference to provide a memorable holiday experience for those less fortunate than us.
