Early Thursday evening, Tanker 24 was dispatched as part of a second alarm structure assignment to the 300 block of Mt. Allen Drive.

The tanker responded with a crew of two and assisted Upper Allen Fire Department (CC Co. 23) on the scene until released by Command 23. An additional crew of six manned Engine 24 to cover Lower Allen Township for any additional calls due to units from Lower Allen Fire Company (CC Co. 12) also responding on the second alarm assignment.
